Cinturato™ Gravel RC is the gravel-racing specific tyre, derived from our experience in the biggest competitions around the world and the feedback of our PRO athletes. The tread design is inspired by the Scorpion™ XC RC and focused on two key features: higher average speed on straight, fast lines and improved lateral grip when cornering off-road. Compatible with hookless rims up to the ETRTO limit of 5 bar / 73 psi. Now succeeded by the Cinturato™ Gravel RM in the current range.

SPEEDGRIP COMPOUND
The SpeedGRIP Compound is a gravel-specific rubber formulation born from the Pirelli experience in the World Rally Championship, where speed and grip on and off-road are crucial. It relies on the polymer matrix of the MTB-specific SmartGRIP Compound while lowering its rolling resistance. Our engineers tuned it towards better energy efficiency with a small compromise on grip: the result is a predictable compound with solid performance on and off road, in both dry and wet conditions.
TECHWALL GRAVEL CASING
The TechWALL Gravel casing is built around a robust multi-layer overlapping fabric, reinforced with bead-to-bead protection. On the road most punctures come from sharp objects penetrating the tread, while off-road they come from sidewall cuts, so the casing protects the whole perimeter of the tyre while keeping a supple riding feel. It delivers an ideal balance of puncture resistance, durability and comfort for a wide range of gravel conditions.
